Microwaves are bad for you!! Stoves and ovens are the safe go-to.
Heating your food in the microwave can strip away its original nutrients. The molecules rotate so quickly in the microwaves high frequencies that it causes the molecular structure in your food to change. In return it diminishes the nutrient content in your food. Research shows the 30 to 40 percent of the vitamin B-12 (energy booster) is eliminated when a food is microwaved.
Studies show microwaves drastically reduce nutrients in food.
Just when it couldn't get any worse, cancer comes in to play. When food is wrapped in plastic wrap and put in the microwave it can create carcinogens. There are even studies showing microwaves can change the makeup of your blood and even change your heart rates, YIKES!
So how in the world are you going to heat up your food?! On the stove or in the oven. Steaming vegetables is the best way to cook them.
If you take it another step further, you can eat everything without cooking it. People who eat a vegan diet and do not cook their food are called raw vegans.
TRY THIS: Water one plant with microwaved water and another plant with regular water for nine days. Comment your results!
